The invention provides a construction process of a cement stabilized macadam base. According to the process, a mechanical construction method comprising the steps of mixing by adopting a water-stable mixing machine with an electronic metering device, intensively mixing, transporting a mixture by adopting a dump truck, paving by adopting an automatic leveling paver, rolling and forming by adopting a vibratory roller, and maintaining by adopting a water-saving, moisturizing and health-preserving film is adopted for construction. Compared with a traditional technical scheme, according to the construction technology, through batching of the cement mixture and combination of waterproof strengthening treatment of the surface layer, on the premise that the cement stabilized macadam base meets the rigidity requirement, dry shrinkage cracking is reduced, meanwhile, the structural strength is improved, cracking is avoided, meanwhile, through optimization of the paving and rolling steps of the cement stabilized macadam base, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. 本发明提供了一种水泥稳定碎石基层施工工艺,本工艺采用带电子计量装置的水稳拌合机拌制,集中拌和、自卸汽车运输混合料,采用自动找平摊铺机摊铺,振动压路机碾压成型、节水保湿养生膜养护的机械化施工方法进行施工。相较于传统技术方案,本施工工艺通过水泥混合料自身的配料,结合表层的防水增强处理,使水泥稳定碎石基层在满足刚度要求的前提下,降低干缩开裂,同时增加结构强度,避免开裂,同时,通过对水泥稳定碎石基层的摊铺以及碾压步骤优化,在形成基层后,高度均匀统一,还能够提高其抗渗性和密实度,强化上下部间的界面强度,有助于水泥稳定碎石基层整体强度的提高,延长使用寿命。
