Single-column pier bridge anti-overturning structure with intelligent detection function
The single-column pier bridge anti-overturning structure comprises a prefabricated steel cover beam, a steel pull rod and a foot pier, the two ends of the prefabricated steel cover beam adopt lug plates located on the two sides of a bridge, rubber cushion blocks are arranged on the lug plates, the rubber cushion blocks are located between the lug plates and the bridge, gaps exist between the rubber cushion blocks and the bridge, and cushion stones are arranged at the upper end of the prefabricated steel cover beam; rubber supports supported below a box girder at the lower end of a bridge are arranged on the padstone, force sensors are arranged on the sides, close to the bridge, of the rubber cushion blocks and the joints of the rubber supports and the bridge, distance measuring sensors attached to the box girder are arranged in the centers of the two rubber supports, and the total stress is calculated according to data of the force sensors and the distance measuring sensors. And comparing with the concrete compressive strength to judge whether the bridge column end is damaged or not. The working mode of single-joint supporting of the single-column pier bridge is changed by prefabricating the steel cover beam, and the anti-overturning performance of the bridge is improved; through data of the sensor, whether the bridge has large displacement or not is detected in real time.
本发明涉及一种带有智慧检测的独柱墩桥梁抗倾覆结构,包括预制钢盖梁、钢拉杆和足墩,预制钢盖梁两端采用位于桥梁两侧的耳板,耳板上设有橡胶垫块,橡胶垫块位于耳板和桥梁之间且与桥梁间存在缝隙,预制钢盖梁上端设有垫石,垫石上设有支撑于桥梁下端的箱梁下的橡胶支座,橡胶垫块靠近桥梁的一侧以及橡胶支座与桥梁的连接处设有力传感器,两个橡胶支座的中心处均设有与箱梁贴合的测距传感器,根据力传感器和测距传感器的数据,测算出总应力,与混凝土抗压强度做都对比,判断桥梁柱端是否发生破坏。通过预制钢盖梁改变单柱墩桥梁单节点支撑的工作方式,提高桥梁的抗倾覆性能;通过传感器的数据,实时检测桥梁是否发生有较大位移。
