The invention discloses a bridge top plate concrete pouring and leveling construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a supporting truss is assembled; step 2, mounting a suspender and a leveling component; thirdly, the steel formworks and the rails are installed; 4, hoisting the supporting truss; 5, the leveling component is adjusted; and sixthly, concrete pouring is conducted. The method is simple in step and reasonable in design, the height and the transverse gradient of the leveling component are adjusted through the suspender, the design requirements for the concrete pouring height and the transverse gradient of the bridge top plate are met, manual measurement participation is reduced, and therefore the construction efficiency and the concrete pouring and leveling quality are improved.
