The invention discloses an assembly type connecting wall and an assembly method of a continuous wall, and relates to the technical field of deep foundation pit supporting of constructional engineering, the assembly type connecting wall comprises a plurality of sections of continuous wall prefabricated blocks which are arranged in an array and attached mode in the horizontal direction, and each continuous wall prefabricated block is formed by stacking a plurality of continuous wall prefabricated sub-blocks in the vertical direction, first connecting structures are arranged on the side faces of the continuous wall prefabricated sub-blocks, every two adjacent continuous wall prefabricated sub-blocks are connected together through the first connecting structures, and therefore the multiple sections of continuous wall prefabricated blocks which are arranged in an array and attached mode in the horizontal direction can be assembled into a continuous wall body. The continuous wall prefabricated blocks are stacked in the vertical direction to form a second connecting structure and a third connecting structure, a first connecting component is arranged in the second connecting structure, and a second connecting component is arranged in the third connecting structure. According to the fabricated connecting wall, construction is convenient, and meanwhile the construction period of the continuous wall can be effectively shortened.
