Precise positioning construction technology for bridge pile foundation reinforcement cage
The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering construction, and particularly discloses a bridge pile foundation reinforcement cage precise positioning construction technology which comprises the following steps: S1, base assembly: four carrying pole groove seats are assembled on a base, and an intersection point formed by diagonal stay wires of center points of the four carrying pole groove seats coincides with a geometric center point of the base; each shoulder pole groove seat is provided with an installation groove matched with a shoulder pole in a concave-convex mode. S2, a base is placed, and the geometric center of the base coincides with the center of the pile hole; s3, mounting a reinforcement cage: fixing two hanging bars in the radial direction of the reinforcement cage, and fixing hanging rings at the tops of the hanging bars; when the hanging ring is lowered to the height of the shoulder pole groove seat along with the reinforcement cage, the shoulder pole penetrates through the hanging ring to enable the hanging ring to fall on a limiting groove of the shoulder pole; then the carrying pole is placed on the carrying pole groove seat and fixed; and then the hoisting of the reinforcement cage is released, and the reinforcement cage is hoisted on the carrying pole through the hoisting ring to complete the installation of the reinforcement cage. The scheme is used for solving the problem that a bridge pile foundation reinforcement cage cannot be accurately positioned in a pile hole.
