The invention discloses a fabricated retaining wall of a foundation pit sloping area and a construction method of the fabricated retaining wall. The retaining wall comprises a groove plate, a lap joint plate and a slope bottom plate, the groove plate is a bent plate, lap joint structures are arranged on the groove plate, the lap joint plate and the slope bottom plate, and soil nail preformed holes and grouting holes are formed in the groove plate, the lap joint plate and the slope bottom plate. The construction method adopts the protection wall and comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing the groove plate at the groove corner, and then completing the lap joint and assembly of the groove plate and the lap joint plate until the lap joint and assembly of the lap joint plate and the slope bottom plate are completed; after the installation of one longitudinal span plate is completed, the installation of the next longitudinal span plate is carried out; excavating the holes according to the reserved soil nail holes, then placing soil nails, and finally grouting the soil nails; and hole sealing treatment is conducted, and grouting is started from the grouting holes till grouting is completed. The method has the beneficial effects that time delayed by manual procedures such as binding of a reinforcing mesh and drilling is saved, and meanwhile potential safety hazards caused by too long exposure time of a rock-soil body are avoided.
本发明公开了一种基坑放坡区的装配式护壁及其施工方法。该护壁包括坡口板、搭接板和坡底板,坡口板为弯折板,坡口板、搭接板、坡底板上均设有搭接结构,坡口板、搭接板和坡底板上均设有土钉预留孔和注浆孔。该施工方法采用上述的护壁:先将坡口板固定在坡口角处,再完成坡口板与搭接板的搭接拼装,直至搭接板与坡底板搭接拼装完成;在完成纵向一个跨度板块的安装后,进行纵向下一个跨度板块的安装;按照预留土钉孔洞进行孔洞的开挖,然后放置土钉,最后对土钉进行注浆;进行封孔处理,从注浆孔开始注浆,直至注浆完成。本发明的有益效果:节约了绑扎钢筋网、钻孔等人工工序耽误的时间,同时避免了岩土体暴露时间过长,而导致的安全隐患。
