The tool frame falls to the height where the tool can be placed by stretching out of the hand conveniently, the purpose that the tool is convenient to transfer before construction and after construction is achieved, the tool does not need to be carried by constructors when transferred, violent operation can be avoided when the tool is transferred in the mode that the tool frame is used for lifting the tool, and the construction process is safer.
