Self-locking mechanism for telescopic pedal of assembly frame
The self-locking mechanism comprises two clamping jaws, the bottoms of the clamping jaws are provided with buckling grooves with the front sides and the rear sides open, the bottoms of the inner walls of the two sides of each buckling groove are provided with inclined planes, and the sides, close to each other, of the two clamping jaws are fixedly connected with hollow pedals. By arranging a series of structures, the length of the whole pedal can be adjusted in a telescopic mode through quick unlocking in a simple pulling mode, self-locking can be conducted when the clamping jaws are clamped to the round transverse supporting rod of the assembly frame, and the corresponding red light warning lamps are controlled to be turned on and turned off after self-locking and self-locking are conducted; according to the self-locking device, the warning effect can be achieved during clamping and locking, accurate judgment of personnel is facilitated, the separation risk is reduced, in addition, telescopic locking and self-locking can be mutually restrained through the guide stop lever on the side, stable limiting of the clamping jaw is achieved, the phenomenon that the clamping jaw is automatically unlocked due to accidental touch is avoided, and the self-locking stability is improved.
