The invention discloses a mass concrete automatic temperature control method which comprises the following steps: S1, before mass concrete is poured, a cooling water pipe and a plurality of temperature measuring ropes are pre-buried in the mass concrete, and meanwhile, a water tank in which a large amount of water is stored is arranged outside the mass concrete; s2, collecting the following multiple groups of stable data through a temperature measuring rope; s4, before the mass concrete is poured, the flow speed of water flow in the cooling water pipe is 0; s5, the internal temperature is gradually increased, the three kinds of temperature data are collected once every five seconds through a temperature measuring rope within 7 days after pouring, the data are transmitted to a PLC control cabinet, the PLC control cabinet calculates the flow speed v of the cooling water pipe according to the function relation, the flow speed of water in the water pipe is controlled in real time by controlling the rotating speed of a water pump, and the flow speed of the water in the water pipe is controlled in real time. Therefore, the temperature of the cooling water pipe located in the mass concrete is adjusted. Warm water is adopted for cooling, and the temperature gradient around the cooling water pipe is reduced.
