The invention discloses a novel one-piece concentric shaft hinge which comprises a door assembly, a door frame, a primary door installed on one side of the door frame and a secondary door installed on the other side of the door frame. The integrated hinge assembly comprises a metal installation vertical plate, a vertical rod fixed to one side of the metal installation vertical plate, an installation groove formed in the surface of the vertical rod, installation holes formed in the two ends of the installation groove and a first fixing piece fixed to the surface of the metal installation vertical plate. The angle plate is vertically fixed with the first fixing sheet; and the second fixing sheet and the third fixing sheet are linearly distributed on the surface of the metal mounting vertical plate. Through the integrally-formed hinge design, the whole hinge is more complete, better in integrity and better in supporting strength, the opening axis of a door leaf on a door frame can be always the same axis after installation, the problem that the axis of the hinge is eccentric due to hinge strain is solved, an account is opened easily and flexibly, the hinge is convenient to use by old people and children, and the service life of the hinge is prolonged.
