An apparatus (10) for a lock device (88a, 88b), the apparatus (10) comprising an input member (12, 106); a coupling member (26) movable between a non-coupling position (34) and a coupling position (80); an electromechanical actuator (28) comprising an actuation member (42) linearly movable between a non-coupled actuation position (44) and a coupled actuation position (78); and a torsion spring (30) having a first leg (62) and a second leg (64) movable away from each other against deformation of the torsion spring (30), where the actuation member (42) is arranged to engage the first leg (62) when the coupling member (26) is in the non-coupling position (34) and the actuation member (42) is moved from the non-coupling actuation position (44) to the coupling actuation position (78), and where the actuation member (42) is arranged to engage the second leg (64) when the coupling member (26) is in the non-coupling actuation position (44). And the second leg (64) is arranged to engage the coupling member (26). A lock apparatus (88a, 88b) comprising the apparatus (10) is also provided.
