High-strength compressive mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of mortar preparation, in particular to high-strength compression-resistant mortar and a preparation method thereof, the position of a stirring tool for mixing and stirring mortar of different raw materials can be switched, so that cleaning is facilitated, and the situation that the overall quality of the mortar is affected due to mixing with mortar of another raw material during secondary stirring is prevented. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, taking raw materials of mortar, and pouring the raw materials into a preparation device one by one; 2, uniformly stirring the raw materials of the mortar by using a preparation device; 3, uniformly stirring the raw materials of the mortar by using a preparation device, and then carrying out self-quick cleaning; and 4, stirring the raw materials of different types of mortar by using the preparation device again.
本发明涉及砂浆制备领域，更具体的说是一种高强度抗压砂浆及其制备方法，可以将不同种原料的砂浆混合搅拌的搅拌用具进行切换位置从而有助于进行清理，防止再次搅拌时导致与另一种原料的砂浆发生混合影响砂浆的整体品质。所述方法包括以下步骤：步骤一：取砂浆的原料，并将原料逐一倒入制备装置内；步骤二：利用制备装置将砂浆的原料进行均匀搅拌；步骤三：使用制备装置对砂浆的原料进行均匀搅拌完成后进行自我快速清理；步骤四：再次使用制备装置对不同种的砂浆的原料进行搅拌。
