The invention relates to the technical field of concrete wallboard materials, and particularly discloses a novel vacuum sound insulation board which comprises an aerated concrete layer, a reinforcing mesh layer embedded into the aerated concrete layer and a functional board arranged in the aerated concrete layer in sequence from outside to inside. The functional board comprises a rock wool board and a foam board, and an interface mortar layer and fiber gridding cloth are sequentially arranged between the functional board and the aerated concrete layer from inside to outside. The invention aims to solve the problem that the thermal performance of a sound insulation and heat insulation plate of a concrete composite plate is damaged, so that the sound insulation and heat insulation performance of the composite plate is poor.
