Energy-saving film and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of thin films, in particular to an energy-saving film and a preparation process thereof. The invention provides an energy-saving film. The energy-saving film comprises a film substrate; the inner protective layer is adhered to the lower surface of the film base material through an adhesive; the anti-ultraviolet layer is arranged on the upper surface of the film base material; the light adjusting film is arranged on the upper surface of the anti-ultraviolet layer; and the outer protective layer is bonded on the upper surface of the dimming film through a colloid layer. According to the energy-saving film disclosed by the invention, the components of each layer are bonded by adopting the ultraviolet curing adhesive, and the ultraviolet light is absorbed by utilizing the anti-ultraviolet layer, so that the damage of the ultraviolet light to the skin can be effectively prevented, and the anti-aging performance of the energy-saving film is greatly improved; the inner and outer protective layer film substrates are utilized to realize wear resistance and anti-aging performance, and the service life of the energy-saving film can be prolonged; the visible light transmittance is high, and the effect of reducing energy consumption is achieved.
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,特别是涉及一种节能膜及其制备工艺。本发明提供了一种节能膜,包括:薄膜基材;内保护层,内保护层通过粘接剂粘接在所述薄膜基材的下表面;抗紫外层,抗紫外层设置在所述薄膜基材的上表面;调光膜,调光膜设置在所述抗紫外层的上表面;外保护层,外保护层通过胶体层粘结在所述调光膜的上表面。本发明采用紫外光固化胶粘剂粘接各层组分,并利用抗紫外层吸收紫外光,能够有效防止紫外线对皮肤的伤害,大幅度提高节能膜的抗老化性能;利用内、外保护层薄膜基材,实现耐磨、防老化的性能,能够提高节能膜的使用寿命;可见光透过率高,具有降低能耗的作用。
