Antiviral high-strength decorative plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an antiviral high-strength decorative plate and a preparation method thereof.The decorative plate comprises a high-strength fiber base material plate, a decorative layer located above the high-strength fiber base material plate and a kraft paper layer located above the decorative layer, and the decorative layer and the kraft paper layer are both subjected to gum dipping treatment; a gum dipping solution used in the gum dipping treatment is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 20 percent of waterborne polyurethane, 5 to 10 percent of nano titanium dioxide, 1 to 5 percent of graphene, 10 to 20 percent of super-hydrophobic nano particles and the balance of water. Iron tailing waste resources are recycled to prepare the high-strength base material plate, and the decorative layer and the kraft paper layer which are treated by the antibacterial and antiviral impregnation liquid are sequentially pressed and attached to the upper portion of the base material plate, so that the decorative plate is excellent in mechanical property and has lasting and effective antibacterial and antiviral effects; and the decorative plate can be used in home and public environments for a long time to protect human health.
本发明公开一种抗病毒高强装饰板及其制备方法,所述装饰板包括高强纤维基材板、位于高强纤维基材板上方的装饰层以及位于装饰层上方的牛皮纸层,所述装饰层、牛皮纸层均经过浸胶处理,所述浸胶处理所用的浸胶液包括以下重量百分比的组分:水性聚氨酯10~20%、纳米二氧化钛5~10%、石墨烯1~5%、超疏水纳米颗粒10~20%、余量水。本发明将铁尾矿废弃资源循环利用来制备高强基材板,并通过在基材板上方先后压贴经抗菌抗病毒浸胶液处理后的装饰层、牛皮纸层,使得装饰板力学性能优异且本身具有持久有效抗菌抗病毒的功效,能够将装饰板长期用于家居和公共环境中有利于保护人体健康。
