The invention discloses a recycled concrete formula and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, cracking and polishing waste gas concrete blocks to prepare recycled concrete aggregate; s2, small-diameter pebbles with the particle size being 0.5-0.8 mm and medium-diameter pebbles with the particle size being 0.8-1.2 mm are adopted as gravel aggregate together; s3, preparing hollow polypropylene/calcium alginate spheres; s4, preparing a mixture of the component A; s5, preparing a mixture of the component B; and S6, slowly adding the component A mixture into the component B mixture, and continuously stirring to obtain the recycled concrete. On one hand, the problems that a large amount of waste concrete is difficult to treat and the ecological environment is deteriorated increasingly are solved; on the other hand, the construction waste recycled aggregate is used for replacing the natural aggregate, so that the consumption of the natural aggregate in the construction industry can be reduced, the exploitation of the natural gravel is reduced, the problems that the natural aggregate is increasingly deficient and the ecological environment is damaged by exploitation of a large amount of gravel are fundamentally solved, and the living environment of human beings is protected.
