The invention has the following beneficial effects: the problem of durability of common concrete in a severe environment is solved; the high-durability concrete is prepared through quality control and optimization of raw materials and optimization control of a construction process, reasonable addition of a high-quality mineral admixture or a composite admixture and adoption of an efficient (high-performance) water reducing agent, has good workability, meets various mechanical properties required by a structure and is excellent in durability; the high performance has many excellent characteristics of high durability, high workability, high strength, high volume stability and the like; and obvious benefits are generated in the aspects of engineering safety use period, economic rationality, environmental condition adaptability and the like.
