According to the invention, on one hand, the fly ash with the calcium content of 20-40% is used for replacing high-calcium quicklime to prepare the aerated concrete block/plate, so that the reutilization of solid waste is realized; and on the other hand, by utilizing the characteristic that the fly ash is digested under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the problem of steam-curing cracks caused by mismatching of expansion coefficients of the aerated concrete plate blank and the internal steel bars is solved, and the finished product quality of the aerated concrete plate is improved.
