The invention discloses a circulating type dust collecting device for cleaning dust during steel rail polishing. The circulating type dust collecting device comprises a disc type sweeper, a flatcar bearing platform, a high-power centrifugal fan, an airflow pipeline, a dust collecting box and a dust suction disc. A flatcar bearing platform is built on the basis of the rail flatcar, and a disc type sweeper is installed at the bottom of the front end of the flatcar bearing platform to sweep the ballast bed with the polished steel rails; a high-power centrifugal fan, an airflow pipeline and a dust collecting box are arranged on a flatcar bearing platform, the high-power centrifugal fan provides continuous airflow for the device and provides necessary conditions for negative pressure suction, the whole dust collecting device is connected through the airflow pipeline to form an airflow loop, the dust collecting box is of a box type structure, and dust falling and removing are conducted through multiple procedures. A dust collection disc is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the flatcar bearing platform, and dust particles are cleaned. The dust collection effect on dust generated by steel rail grinding is improved, the influence on the environment along the steel rail grinding line is reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
