Modularized multi-cavity round-end-shaped bridge pier
A plurality of sections are vertically assembled above a foundation, each section comprises a plurality of modules, the top and the bottom of each module are each provided with an assembly type transverse partition plate, unbonded GFRP prestressed tendons are vertically arranged in the modules, finish rolling deformed steel bars are transversely arranged in the modules, and the modules are connected with the GFRP prestressed tendons. Steel pipe grouting damper devices are arranged between the modules and the foundation and between the adjacent upper and lower modules; all the sections are connected through unbonded GFRP prestressed tendons, and the self-resetting capacity under a strong earthquake is provided; the overall shock resistance of the bridge pier is ensured between the upper and lower sections through the assembly type diaphragm plates, shear keys and shear grooves which are matched in size; the modules in the horizontal direction are connected into a whole through finish rolling deformed steel bars, and concave and convex keys matched in size are arranged so as to facilitate installation and positioning during construction and cooperative stress under the action of external loads. A replaceable steel pipe grouting damper device is adopted as an energy dissipation component, so that the purposes that the pier is good in durability, earthquake damage is controllable under strong earthquakes, and repairing is easy after earthquakes are achieved.
本发明公开了一种模块化多腔室圆端形桥墩,基础的上方竖直装配有多个节段,每个节段包含多个模块,模块的顶部和底部均设有装配式横隔板,模块内竖直设有无粘结GFRP预应力筋,模块内横向设有精轧螺纹钢,模块与基础之间、相邻上下模块之间均设有钢管灌浆阻尼器装置;通过无粘结GFRP预应力筋连接各个节段,并提供强震下的自复位能力;上下节段之间通过装配式横隔板、尺寸匹配的剪力键与剪力槽保证桥墩整体的抗震能力;水平向各个模块之间通过精轧螺纹钢连接成为整体,且设置尺寸匹配的凹凸键以利于施工时的安装定位及外荷载作用下协同受力;耗能构件采用可更换的钢管灌浆阻尼器装置,以实现桥墩耐久性优良、强震下地震损伤可控和震后易修复的目的。
