Variable-angle unequal-length diagonal box girder bridge erecting machine and bridge erecting method thereof
The invention discloses a variable-angle unequal-length diagonal box girder bridge erecting machine and a bridge erecting method thereof. The bridge erecting machine comprises two main girders arranged in parallel, front and rear supporting leg assemblies arranged at the front and rear ends of the main girders, a main supporting wheel assembly and an auxiliary supporting wheel assembly arranged in the middle of the main girders, a walking mechanism and a hoisting mechanism. A main beam pull rod which is detachably connected is arranged between the two main beams; the front supporting leg assembly and the rear supporting leg assembly are arranged telescopically. The walking mechanism comprises a front supporting walking wheel box arranged at the lower end of the front supporting leg assembly and a main supporting walking wheel box arranged at the lower end of the main supporting wheel assembly. The posture of the bridge erecting machine is adjusted through the main beam pull rod detachably connected with the main beam, the front supporting leg assembly and the rear supporting leg assembly which are detachably connected and transversely restrained, the main supporting wheel assembly and the walking mechanism arranged on the front supporting leg assembly and the main supporting wheel assembly, so that the posture of the bridge erecting machine is matched with the angle of the front cover beam; therefore, the erection of the variable-angle unequal-length diagonal box girder is realized.
