Comprising a supporting and jacking system which is installed on a completed concrete structure and can climb upwards, a portal which is supported and jacked by the supporting and jacking system and surrounds the periphery of the concrete structure, an awning which is installed on the top of the portal in a telescopic mode and can shield the concrete structure after being unfolded, and a movable material distributing machine installed on the top of the portal. The bridge crane is mounted at the top of the portal frame, and the formwork system is mounted on the inner side of the portal frame; a carrying pole beam is fixedly hinged to the front side of the portal frame, and a carrying pole beam is hinged to the rear side of the portal frame in a sliding mode and supported on the top of the supporting jacking system. The movable material distributing machine comprises a material distributing walking mechanism and a material distributing machine. The bridge crane comprises a hoisting walking mechanism and a winch; the formwork system comprises an operation platform and a formwork. The concrete formwork can adapt to the section change of a concrete structure, full-closed operation can be achieved, full-section pouring can be achieved, a tower crane and a tower top portal can be saved, and formwork closing, formwork withdrawing, formwork climbing and concrete curing can be integrally achieved.
