Rotation device and rotation method used after over-rotation of swivel bridge
The invention discloses a rotation device and a rotation method used after overrotation of a swivel bridge, the rotation device comprises an upper bearing platform and a lower bearing platform, a spherical hinge is arranged between the upper bearing platform and the lower bearing platform, and a positioning steel shaft is vertically arranged in the center of the spherical hinge; an annular sliding way, a jack counter-force base, a boosting device and a limiting device are embedded in the lower bearing platform. The rotation method comprises the following steps: 1) measuring a distance and determining an angle; (2) the component size is designed; (3) installing a rotating device and a limiting device; (4) a boosting device is installed; 5) rotating; and (6) a wedge block is beaten. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the device is simple in structure, low in cost, short in installation time, scientific and reasonable in rotation method, convenient to implement and easy to operate, and is a measure for dealing with over-rotation under the condition that a limiting device fails in the bridge rotation process or other unforeseen circumstances. The rotation construction efficiency can be greatly improved, and meanwhile the actual problem that a bridge needs to be rotated can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种用于转体桥超转后的回转装置及回转方法,包括上承台、下承台,所述上承台、下承台之间设有球铰,所述球铰中心竖向设有定位钢轴;所述下承台上预埋设有环形的滑道、千斤顶反力座、助推装置、限位装置。回转方法包括:1)测量距离、确定角度;2)设计构件尺寸;3)安装回转、限位装置;4)安装助推装置;5)回转;6)打入楔块。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:装置结构简单、成本低廉、安装时间短,回转方法科学合理,实现方便且操作简单,是应对桥梁在转体过程中限位装置失效或其他意外情况下超转后的一种措施。可大幅度提升回转施工效率,同时能有效解决桥梁需要进行回转的实际问题。
