The invention discloses a highway culvert emergency repair method. The method comprises the steps that small guide pipes of a highway roadbed are subjected to grouting reinforcement, sleeve valve pipes in the top stroke range of a box culvert are subjected to grouting reinforcement, and an arch culvert and part of vertical shafts are backfilled with underwater concrete; highway slope toe slide-resistant piles are constructed, and jacking work pit support piles and waterproof curtains are constructed; a working pit crown beam and a plate support are constructed and jacked, a working pit is excavated, a sliding plate and a back beam are poured, and a vertical shaft reinforcing ring beam is constructed; prefabricating a box culvert, welding a steel shield and a steel blade foot, and mounting a jack and jacking iron on the back of the box culvert; the box culvert is jacked, supporting piles of the working pit are dismantled, the box culvert is jacked section by section, and jacking is suspended when the steel blade foot is close to the outer side of the existing vertical shaft structure; vertical shaft holing is conducted, and a waterproof device is received in the construction vertical shaft; and the box culvert continues to be jacked and enters the vertical shaft to receive the waterproof device, grouting sealing treatment is conducted on the box culvert and the vertical shaft joint, a back beam of the working pit is dismantled, and the open-cut cast-in-place section box culvert is constructed. According to the method, the culvert can be quickly repaired under the normal passing of the expressway.
本发明公开一种高速公路涵洞应急修复方法，包括：高速公路路基小导管注浆加固，箱涵顶程范围袖阀管注浆加固，拱涵及部分竖井采用水下混凝土回填；施工高速公路坡脚抗滑桩，施工顶进工作坑支护桩和止水帷幕；施工顶进工作坑冠梁及板撑，开挖工作坑，浇筑滑板和后背梁，施工竖井加固圈梁；预制箱涵，焊接钢盾构及钢刃脚，箱涵背面安装千斤顶及顶铁；箱涵起顶，拆除工作坑支护桩，逐节顶入箱涵，钢刃脚接近既有竖井结构外侧时，暂停顶进；竖井开洞，施工竖井内接收防水装置；箱涵继续顶进，进入竖井内接收防水装置，对箱涵及竖井接缝进行注浆密封处理，拆除工作坑后背梁，施工明挖现浇段箱涵。通过本发明可在高速公路正常通行下，实现涵洞快速修复。
