The pneumatic system comprises a fan (1) mounted on a sweeper body, a garbage can (3) communicated with the fan (1) through a pipeline, and a dust collection cavity (8) arranged below a chassis of the sweeper body and communicated with the garbage can (3) through a dust collection pipe (9), and is characterized in that a horn mouth (6) is formed in the top of the dust collection pipe (9) extending into the garbage can (3); an arc-shaped guide plate (5) is tangent to the left side outline of the horn mouth (6); the sweeper body is also provided with an air guide port (4); a reverse blowing cavity (7) is formed in the rear side of the sucking and picking cavity (8); and the air guide port (4) is communicated with the reverse blowing cavity (7) through a pipeline. The structure is simple, the air flow resistance of the suction system is small, the suction efficiency is high, and the fan energy consumption is low.
本发明涉及一种高效清扫车气力系统及清扫车,包含安装在清扫车车体上的风机(1)、与风机(1)管路连通的垃圾箱(3)、设置在车体底盘下方且与垃圾箱(3)通过吸尘管(9)连通的吸尘腔(8),其特征在于:伸入垃圾箱(3)内的吸尘管(9)顶部设有喇叭口(6),与喇叭口(6)左侧边轮廓相切设置有弧形导板(5);在清扫车车体上还设有导风口(4);在吸拾腔(8)的后侧设有反吹腔(7);所述导风口(4)和反吹腔(7)通过管路连通。本发明结构简单、吸拾系统气流阻力小、吸拾效率高、风机能耗低。
