The rotating wheel is driven to rotate through flowing of water, the rotating wheel provides power for the water pump, river water is pumped to the high position to water plants on the surface of the revetment, it is guaranteed that the watering times of the plants on the surface of the revetment are consistent, and therefore it is guaranteed that the growth vigor of the plants is consistent, and meanwhile labor loss caused by manual watering can be avoided through automatic watering; and unnecessary subsequent cost is reduced.
