According to the coal mine gangue cage wall construction technology, a metal net cage, a partition plate and filler are included, the partition plate is movably connected to the middle of the metal net cage in an inserted mode, and the metal net cage is filled with the filler; the metal mesh cage is of a top opening structure; the filler comprises untreated raw materials and treated raw materials; the untreated raw materials comprise coal gangue raw materials, and the treated raw materials comprise coal gangue balls and coal gangue cement. According to the invention, most of the selected materials are coal-series solid wastes, so that the solid wastes are recovered and utilized, meanwhile, larger coal gangue is directly selected as a part of the coal gangue cage wall, other operations are not needed, resources are greatly saved, and the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, small coal gangue raw materials are selected and fed into the stone circular grinding machine to be subjected to circular grinding treatment, coal gangue balls are obtained, the resource utilization rate is high, and therefore the situation that the ecological environment is seriously damaged is avoided.
