The invention discloses a launching control method of a vibro-replacement gravel pile machine, the vibro-replacement gravel pile machine comprises a vibro-replacement device, and the launching control method comprises the following steps: enabling a pipeline for supplying launching water to penetrate through a telescopic guide rod and the vibro-replacement device and then extend out of the bottom end of the vibro-replacement device, so that the launching water is sprayed out of the bottom end of the vibro-replacement device to carry out water-flushing pre-damage on a stratum; in the vibroflotation construction process, the vibroflotation speed of a vibroflotation device and the current water drainage pressure are obtained; comparing the obtained vibroflotation speed with a vibroflotation speed threshold value; and according to a comparison result of the obtained vibroflotation speed and the vibroflotation speed threshold value, controlling the flow of the discharged water supplied to the discharged water so as to adjust the current discharged water pressure, so that the vibroflotation construction is completed by utilizing the vibroflotation of the vibroflotation device and the adjusted current discharged water pressure. The supply quantity of the water pressure is accurately controlled according to the vibroflotation speed and the compactness of different stratums, so that the vibroflotation construction of the deep and thick covering layer stratums of more than 50m is smoothly carried out, the failure rate is reduced, and the economic loss is reduced.
