The invention relates to a construction method of an ultra-deep foundation pit controlled precipitation system. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a foundation pit support structure; constructing a precipitation well, a water level observation well and a recharge well; constructing drainage ditches; excavation construction of a foundation pit; sealing the water level observation well; and sealing the dewatering well. The method has the beneficial effects that tap water is adopted for conducting pressurization recharge treatment on the recharge well, the overall stability of the ground environment around the foundation pit is improved, and ground subsidence is reduced; a shaped sewage intercepting groove structure is mounted in the prefabricated drainage ditch, so that the pipeline blockage phenomenon is reduced; positioning and adjusting the mounting position of the well casing of the dewatering well by adopting a guide bracket; after the foundation pit is excavated, the dewatering well and water level observation well structure is blocked, the blocking construction efficiency and construction quality of the dewatering well and the water level observation well are improved, and the water leakage phenomenon of a foundation pit bottom plate is reduced.
