Quick-change bucket type loader
The loader comprises a bucket body, two mounting plates are fixedly connected to the upper end of the bucket body, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the opposite sides of the two mounting plates, a rotating seat is coaxially and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, and a cover plate is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating seat; a groove is formed in the side wall of the cover plate, a circulation cavity is formed in the cover plate, a connecting hole communicated with the circulation cavity is formed in the side wall of the cover plate, the other end of the connecting hole is connected with a water injection pipe, and a plurality of atomization nozzles communicated with the circulation cavity are formed in the inner side of the groove at equal intervals; and a shielding mechanism for shielding the atomizing nozzle is arranged in the groove. According to the invention, the cover plate is utilized to avoid dust raising during transportation of the loading vehicle, dust falling treatment can be carried out in the unloading process, dust drifting is further reduced, and the tooth tips can be quickly disassembled and assembled, so that abrasion replacement of the tooth tips is facilitated.
