According to the temporary storage device and method for the commercial water, the structure is reasonable, operation is convenient and fast, water flow is conveyed to the water supply and injection vehicle through the water injection well arranged below the frozen soil and the connecting pipeline of the water injection well, the emergency buffer time of commercial operation is met, and the requirement for the commercial water is met.
