The invention discloses an anti-blocking device for collecting garbage in a rainwater tank. The anti-blocking device comprises a cover, a well ring and a filtering and precipitating assembly. A plurality of drain holes are formed in one part of the cover, and a plurality of slag passing strip openings are formed in the other part of the cover; the well ring is detachably connected with the cover; the filtering and precipitating assembly comprises a filtering box with an opening in the upper end and a partition plate, the outer edge of the filtering box is erected on the well ring, the partition plate is installed in the middle of the filtering box, a first filtering net is installed on the partition plate, a second filtering net is installed on one side of the filtering box, and the first filtering net is communicated with the second filtering net; large-size impurities cannot enter from the drain holes and can be directly intercepted and filtered; under washing of rainwater, large-size sundries, garbage, accumulated dust and the like are gathered into the rainwater groove through the slag passing strip opening and then enter the filtering and precipitating assembly, the filtering and precipitating assembly can achieve separation of the sundries, the garbage and mud water, and under the condition that the surface of the cover is cleaned in time, the drainage hole and the slag passing strip opening can be always kept in the running state.
