The annular permanent magnet group comprises two annular permanent magnets which are concentrically arranged, an air gap is formed between the two annular permanent magnets, the two annular permanent magnets are both of an axial magnetizing structure and are opposite in magnetic pole, a conductor disc is fixedly installed on the conductor disc back iron, and the conductor disc back iron is fixedly connected with the conductor disc. And an eddy current damping effect is generated through relative movement between the annular permanent magnet and the conductor disc. According to the magnetic circuit structure, the annular permanent magnet which is magnetized in the axial direction is adopted, damping coefficients which are completely the same in all the vibration directions can be provided for the pendulum type TMD, therefore, parameter optimal design of the pendulum type TMD in all the directions is achieved, and the vibration reduction control effect of the pendulum type TMD is improved to the maximum extent.
