The invention relates to the field of thermal insulation walls, in particular to a fabricated building energy-saving thermal insulation wall and a preparation method thereof. Comprising a concrete wall body internally provided with a framework, a foam board arranged in the framework, a groove formed in the left end of the concrete wall body, and a protruding edge arranged at the right end of the concrete wall body and matched with the groove. A steel channel is arranged at the left end of the framework and located at the groove end of the concrete wall body, and a middle plate is arranged at the right end of the framework and located in the protruding edge. The method comprises the following steps: S1, welding to obtain a framework; s2, the foam board is inserted into the framework from the upper end of the framework; s3, the framework is put into the processing device, meanwhile, the concrete grout is added into the processing device, after the concrete grout is formed, the concrete grout is taken out of the processing device, and the energy-saving and heat-preservation concrete wall of the fabricated building is obtained; the framework is arranged in the wall body, so that the wall body is prevented from being broken.
