Comprising a concrete wall body internally provided with a framework, a foam board arranged in the framework, a groove formed in the left end of the concrete wall body, and a protruding edge arranged at the right end of the concrete wall body and matched with the groove. A steel channel is arranged at the left end of the framework and located at the groove end of the concrete wall body, and a middle plate is arranged at the right end of the framework and located in the protruding edge. The method comprises the following steps: S1, welding to obtain a framework; s2, the foam board is inserted into the framework from the upper end of the framework; s3, the framework is put into the processing device, meanwhile, the concrete grout is added into the processing device, after the concrete grout is formed, the concrete grout is taken out of the processing device, and the energy-saving and heat-preservation concrete wall of the fabricated building is obtained; the framework is arranged in the wall body, so that the wall body is prevented from being broken.
本发明涉及保温墙体领域,特别是一种装配式建筑节能保温墙体及其制备方法;包括内部设有骨架的混凝土墙体,及设置在骨架内的泡沫板,及设置在混凝土墙体左端的凹槽,及设置在混凝土墙体右端与凹槽配合的凸棱;所述骨架的左端设有槽钢,槽钢位于混凝土墙体的凹槽端,所述骨架的右端设有中板,中板位于凸棱内。该方法包括以下步骤:S1、焊接制得骨架;S2、将泡沫板由骨架上端插入骨架内;S3、将骨架放入加工装置内,同时将混凝土浆加入加工装置内,待混凝土浆成型后,由加工装置内取出,得到装配式建筑节能保温的混凝土墙体;本发明使墙体内部设有骨架,避免墙体发生断裂。
