The invention discloses a building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) plant roof panel which comprises a plurality of unit piece frames and a plurality of photovoltaic assemblies, each unit piece frame comprises a main frame arranged in parallel, end frames are vertically and fixedly connected to the two ends of each main frame, and a plurality of middle frames are fixedly connected between the end frames; a plurality of photovoltaic assembly installation areas are formed between the unit piece frames, and the photovoltaic assemblies are fixedly connected in the installation areas. The system is a modular product, unit piece frames, heat preservation layers and steel wire meshes are assembled in a factory to form unit pieces, the unit pieces are directly installed on portal rigid frame steel beams, then angle brace connecting pieces are installed, and finally photovoltaic assemblies are installed; meanwhile, the roof panels are connected with one another and form a roof system together with the abutted seam waterproof roll and the ridge fan, so that the roof system has the functions of water resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation, ventilation, cooling, power generation and the like, is convenient to install and maintain, good in durability and high in reliability, can realize industrialized production and reduces the production cost.
