Fabricated stair flight, stair structure and installation and construction method of stair flight and stair structure
The invention relates to an assembly type stair flight, a stair structure and an installation and construction method of the stair flight. The assembly type stair flight comprises a first stair section and a second stair section which are used for being assembled at preset positions. The first ladder section and the second ladder section are prefabricated, and are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the fabricated stair section; the fabricated stair section is divided into two parts, so that the two parts of the fabricated stair section can be hoisted to the preset position, then the two parts are welded to the first embedded steel plate and the second embedded steel plate through the welding plates, and the first stair section and the second stair section are connected into a whole. Compared with a mode of hoisting the whole assembly type stair flight, the assembly type stair flight disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the two parts of the assembly type stair flight can be respectively hoisted, so that the problems that the whole assembly type stair flight is overlarge in dead weight, difficult to hoist, relatively high in hoisting cost and incapable of guaranteeing the safety are effectively solved.
本公开涉及装配式楼梯梯段、楼梯结构及其安装施工方法,该装配式楼梯梯段包括用于装配在预设位置处的第一梯片段和第二梯片段;第一梯片段和第二梯片段预制而成,且第一梯片段和第二梯片段沿装配式楼梯梯段的宽度方向平行并列设置;将装配式楼梯梯段分为两部分,从而可以将装配式楼梯梯段的两部分进行分别吊运,吊运至预设位置处再通过焊板分别与第一预埋钢板和第二预埋钢板焊接,将第一梯片段和第二梯片段连接为一个整体。相比于吊运整个装配式楼梯梯段的方式而言,本公开的装配式楼梯梯段,可以将装配式楼梯梯段的两部分进行分别吊运,有效解决了由于整个装配式楼梯梯段的自重过大,不易吊运,且吊运成本较高,安全性无法保障的问题。
