The invention provides an assembly type bathroom wall surface and an installation method thereof. The fabricated bathroom wall comprises wallboards, the wallboards are arranged along a wall body of the fabricated bathroom, the back faces of the wallboards are provided with clamping walls and buckling covers detachably connected with the clamping walls, and circumferential closed space defined by the clamping walls and the buckling covers is used for installing pipelines or electric wires; the connecting pieces are used for connecting two adjacent wallboards, the connecting pieces comprise flush joint connecting pieces and internal corner connecting pieces, the flush joint connecting pieces are used for connecting the adjacent wallboards located on the same wall surface, and the internal corner connecting pieces are used for connecting the adjacent wallboards located on different wall surfaces at corners. The assembly type bathroom wall surface does not need to be installed through screws, the hidden danger of water leakage is avoided, the waterproof effect is improved, the wallboard cannot be damaged, and the installation efficiency of the assembly type bathroom wall surface is improved.
