Rapid construction method of low-rise fabricated steel structure building
The invention relates to a low-rise assembly type steel structure building rapid construction method which comprises the following steps that 1, steel member prefabrication and ground arrangement are conducted, specifically, steel member prefabrication comprises steel structure-based BIM model splitting and prefabricated steel member machining; the ground arrangement comprises construction of a structure foundation of a proposed single body and installation of hoisting equipment; 2, the prefabricated steel members enter a site and are stacked; 3, the prefabricated steel member is grabbed through the hoisting equipment and moved to the installation position; and 4, the prefabricated steel members are connected and fixed. According to the construction method, deepening and component splitting are conducted on a steel structure, according to the stress and function requirements of hoisting equipment and proposed single bodies, the steel components are rapidly installed in a segmented mode, automatic positioning is combined, the construction mode is not limited to a traditional construction mode which circulates and is orderly from bottom to top, construction can be conducted in multiple floors at the same time, no vertical support exists on site, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the flexibility of on-site construction is greatly improved.
