The material suction device comprises a material suction head, a material passing groove, a material guiding device, a side inlet groove and a threaded groove, the material guiding device comprises a movable groove, a sliding groove, a limiting block and a material guiding block, the concrete pump drives concrete to be sucked into the material passing groove, and therefore the concrete can be conveyed into the pipe body and conveyed to the position where construction is needed through the conveying pipe; and then the side inlet groove is located at the side end of the material suction head, so that the material suction head can also suck the concrete when lying in the stirring machine, the concrete retained at the bottom of the stirring machine can be extracted, and the conveying speed of the concrete can be increased.
