The invention provides a vibrator for building construction, which structurally comprises a positioning hole, a protective shell, a movable groove, a vibration shaft and an air compressor, the positioning hole penetrates through the left side and the right side of the protective shell, the movable groove is embedded in the center part of the top of the protective shell, and the vibration shaft is in clearance fit with the movable groove; the air compressor is installed at the middle end of the interior of the protection shell and movably matched with the vibration shaft through a movable groove of the protection shell. After the air compressor is further improved, high-pressure gas generated by the main body can be erupted from guide blocks of the pressure relief devices through the two groups of pressure relief devices on the main body when the vibration shaft and the main body perform high-frequency vibration movement together; therefore, after passing through the guide block, the gas enters the exhaust pipe and is finally sprayed out from the circulating hole, the exhaust effect of the high-pressure gas is completed, and the situation that the high-pressure gas is accumulated in the interior due to lack of a pressure relief piece, and consequently the operation stability of the whole vibrator is affected is prevented.
本发明提供一种用于建筑施工的振动器,其结构包括:定位孔、保护壳、活动槽、振动轴、空气压缩机,定位孔贯穿于保护壳的左右两侧,活动槽嵌入于保护壳的顶上中心部位,振动轴与活动槽进行间隙配合,空气压缩机安装于保护壳内部的中端部位,空气压缩机通过保护壳的活动槽与振动轴进行活动配合;本发明由空气压缩机进一步改进后,通过主体上的两组泄压装置能在振动轴与主体一同进行高频率振动运动过程时,主体所产生的高压气体则会从泄压装置的引导块部位进行喷发,以至于气体通过引导块后则进入排气管内部最后从流通孔部位喷出,完成高压气体的排气效果,防止缺少泄压件所导致的高压气体在内部形成堆积而影响整体振动器的运作稳定性。
