The mortar paving device comprises a box body which is used for being placed on the top face of a building block and matched with the building block, a flow guide plate is arranged at the bottom of the box body, an opening is formed between one side wall of the box body and the top face of the flow guide plate, and the opening is communicated with the box body. The elevation of the part, far away from the opening, of the guide plate is higher than that of the part, close to the opening, of the guide plate, so that the guide plate is inclined; the rollers are rotationally connected to the bottom of the box body; the conveying wheel is used for blocking the opening and is rotationally connected to the box body, the conveying wheel is in driving connection with the rolling wheel, and the rolling wheel rotates to drive the conveying wheel to rotate, so that mortar is conveyed out of the box body from the opening.
