A steel rope above the hanging block can press the anti-falling assembly to the wall to be attached to the surface of the wall, a collecting box is hung below the anti-falling assembly, and a lifting device is fixedly arranged at the front end of the anti-falling assembly and used for driving the collecting box to ascend and descend.
