Hinge type vertical tower hinge structure
The invention provides a hinged type vertical tower hinge structure which comprises a pair of first grooves formed in the same side of a tower footing foundation, and second grooves are further formed in the side walls of the first grooves. Embedded bolt holes are formed in the other opposite same sides of the second groove and the tower footing foundation; embedded bolts are arranged in the embedded bolt holes; the device further comprises a hinge structure. The hinge structure comprises a lower hinge and an upper hinge, and the lower hinge is hinged to the upper hinge; the lower hinge is installed in the second groove, and a hinged shaft of the lower hinge and the upper hinge is located in the first groove; a pressure sensor is arranged on the lower hinge; and the upper hinge is provided with a bolt hole. The hinges are arranged, so that the stability of the vertical tower is improved, meanwhile, the tower footing foundation is not greatly modified, and the construction requirement of the state grid for the tower footing foundation is met; according to the overall modification, foundation screws and pressure sensing control spring sending-out screws are pre-buried in the slotting part and the hinge structure part to connect the tower foot plate and the tower footing, and construction is convenient.
本发明提供一种铰接式立塔铰链结构,包括设在塔基基础同一侧上的一对一号槽,一号槽侧壁还设有二号槽;二号槽以及塔基基础另外相对的同一侧上均设有预埋螺栓开孔;预埋螺栓开孔内设有预埋螺栓;还包括铰链结构;铰链结构包括下合页和上合页,下合页和上合页铰接;所述的下合页安装在二号槽内,下合页和上合页铰接轴位于一号槽内;下合页上设有压力感应器;上合页上设有螺栓孔。本发明设置铰链便于立塔稳定性的同时,也不会对塔基基础进行过大的修改,符合国家电网对于塔基基础的施工要求;整体改动主要是在开槽的部分以及铰链结构部分,预埋地脚螺钉以及压力感应控制弹簧送出螺钉将塔脚板和塔基相连,便于施工。
