The invention relates to the technical field of police fences, in particular to a police portable folding fence which comprises shielding cloth and four fence rods, and the four fence rods are hinged to one another to jointly form a closed and vertical rectangular frame; the two transversely-arranged fence rods are each composed of two first supporting rods, the ends of every two adjacent first supporting rods are hinged to each other, and the hinged foldable direction of every two adjacent first supporting rods is the first direction. A first hasp is jointly fixed to the positions, close to the hinged position, of the faces, facing the inner side direction of the rectangular frame, of every two adjacent first supporting rods, and every two vertically-arranged fence rods are each composed of two second supporting rods; the connecting position of the tail end of the connecting cloth and the shielding cloth is clamped and fixed through the first clamping mechanism, so that the positioning stability of the hook-and-loop fastener is enhanced, the shielding capacity of the fence is guaranteed, and a police can effectively shield a site conveniently.
