The second handle is pressed downwards to drive the second locking plate to rotate reversely through the locking bar, the second locking plate pushes the second sliding part to enable the locking block to rotate reversely, the second sliding part is far away from the first locking plate, and the second sliding part allows the first handle to be pressed downwards to drive the first locking plate to rotate reversely; and the locking bar is driven to rotate.
