The connecting piece comprises a connecting head hinged to the fixing base, a connecting rod connecting the elastic piece and the connecting head, and a damping connector connecting the damping piece and the connecting head. A first connecting shaft is arranged between the connector and the fixing base, a second connecting shaft is arranged between the connector and the connecting rod, a third connecting shaft is arranged between the connector and the damping connector, and the distance between the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft is smaller than that between the first connecting shaft and the third connecting shaft. The connector is a bent plate, and the bent plate is of a concave structure. The stroke of the damping piece is larger than that of the elastic piece, the reliability of the damping piece is improved, and the service life of the damping piece is prolonged; and the connector is a concave bent plate, so that movement interference between the connector and the fixed seat and the movable seat during rotation can be effectively avoided, and the hinge runs more stably.
