An in-vehicle ventilation system includes: a main ECU configured to acquire vehicle external information using wireless communication; an air conditioner ECU configured to control an air conditioner installed in a cabin; an area ECU configured to control a device in the cabin and communicate with the main ECU and the air conditioning ECU; and a power window unit configured to open and close a window of the vehicle. The area ECU or the main ECU is configured to perform interlock ventilation control to interlock control the power window unit and the air conditioner ECU based on information acquired inside the cabin and information acquired through the main ECU outside the vehicle.
