Auxiliary frame installation integrated structure of double-sided laminated wallboard
The invention relates to a double-faced laminated wallboard auxiliary frame installation integrated structure which is characterized in that embedded parts are arranged on the side faces of the periphery of a window opening of a double-faced laminated wallboard, and installation holes are formed in the embedded parts; a grout stopping mesh is fixed to the embedded part through the mounting hole, and a groove type grout stopping mesh formed through bending is fixed in the cast-in-place cavity of the double-face laminated wallboard to form a groove; and an auxiliary frame is placed and fixed in the groove. A positioning foundation is provided for the auxiliary frame by utilizing the grout stopping mesh, and the auxiliary frame is directly embedded into the cast-in-place cavity of the double-sided laminated wallboard, so that the auxiliary frame is pre-embedded without template installation, the positioning is accurate, and the concrete pouring quality in the area is improved.
本发明涉及一种双面叠合墙板副框安装一体化构造,双面叠合墙板窗洞四周侧面设有预埋件,所述预埋件上设有安装孔;将止浆网片通过所述安装孔固定在所述预埋件上,折弯成型的凹槽式止浆网片固定在双面叠合墙板的现浇空腔内形成凹槽;所述凹槽内放置并固定副框。本发明利用止浆网片为副框提供定位基础,将副框直接埋入双面叠合墙板的现浇空腔内,从而使得副框的预埋无需模板安装,且定位准确,提高此区域混凝土浇筑质量。
