The sliding door with the airtight function comprises a door leaf, a sealing piece, a pressure relief assembly and a guide rail assembly, the door leaf corresponds to the surface of one side of a preset door frame installed in a wall, when the sliding door is closed, the door leaf and the door frame are locked in a matched mode, and when the sliding door is opened, the pressure relief assembly and the guide rail assembly are locked in a matched mode. The door leaf is unlocked from the door frame and moves to a wall surface on one side of the door frame; the sealing piece is arranged between the door leaf and the door frame and connected to the edge of the side surface, facing the door leaf, of the door frame. The pressure relief assembly is arranged on the door leaf, and the pressure relief assembly can communicate with spaces on the two sides of the door leaf in an open state; the guide rail assembly is arranged on the surface of the side, facing the door leaf, of the door frame, the door leaf is correspondingly matched with the guide rail assembly, and the door leaf can reciprocate along the guide rail assembly.
