The sealing device comprises a sealing main body connected with a wellhead casing coupling, a controllable pressure release valve is arranged in the sealing main body, the sealing main body is connected with a coded lock and a key, and the coded lock is connected with an anti-theft protection cover sleeved on the sealing main body. The coded lock comprises a lock cylinder, a connecting body and a lock body which are sequentially connected, the lock cylinder is connected with a drive plate mechanism, and the lower end of the lock body is connected with a driving lever and a lock plate mechanism. The device has the characteristics of compact structure, simplicity in operation and higher applicability.
